The SAE 100 R15 is an extreme heavy-duty, constant high-pressure hydraulic hose designed for the most severe working conditions. Featuring a robust 4-wire or 6-wire spiralled construction, it is specifically engineered to handle extreme pressure fluctuations and constant hydrostatic loads, maintaining a constant working pressure of 42 MPa (6100 PSI) across all sizes. It is the ultimate cost-effective solution for ultra-high-pressure industrial applications.
Especificaciones técnicas
- Aplicación: Designed specifically to handle severe high-pressure applications where extreme pressure fluctuations or constant hydrostatic loads are present.
- Tubo interior: Caucho sintético
- Refuerzo: Four alternating layers of spiralled high-tensile steel wire (sizes 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″, and 1″) and six alternating layers of spiralled high-tensile steel wire (sizes 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, and 2″).
- Tapa: Caucho sintético (Resistente a la intemperie, al aceite y a la abrasión)
- Gama de temperaturas: -40°C to +121°C (-40°F to +250°F)
