Product Overview
The SAE 100R17 is a highly flexible, constant-pressure hydraulic hose featuring a compact design. Regardless of the hose size, it maintains a constant maximum working pressure of 21 MPa (3000 PSI). Engineered with a significantly smaller bending radius, it is the ideal cost-effective solution for high-pressure hydraulic transmission applications, specifically designed to replace standard 100R1 hoses in mechanical assemblies where routing space is highly restricted.
Technical Specifications
- Application: High-pressure hydraulic transmission applications and situations where it replaces 100R1 high-pressure hoses and requires a smaller bending radius.
- Inner Tube: Synthetic Rubber
- Reinforcement: According to the hose design, one or two layers of braided high-strength steel wire.
- Cover: Synthetic Rubber (Weather, oil, and abrasion resistant)
- Temperature Range: -40°C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F)
