Product Overview
The SAE 100R19 is a compact, highly flexible hydraulic hose engineered to deliver a constant maximum working pressure of 28 MPa (approx. 4000 PSI) across all sizes. Designed with a significantly smaller bending radius and a reduced outer diameter, it is the ideal cost-effective solution for tight-routing mechanical applications, safely transmitting petroleum-based or water-based hydraulic fluids where traditional hoses cannot fit.
Technical Specifications
- Application: Designed for hydraulic systems requiring a smaller bending radius and a compact footprint. Ideal for transmitting petroleum-based or water-based hydraulic fluids.
- Inner Tube: Oil-resistant synthetic rubber
- Reinforcement: One or two braids of high-tensile steel wire
- Cover: Black smooth or black corrugated, oil, weather, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber
- Temperature Range: -40°C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F)
- Applicable Standards: SAE J517 100R19, ISO 11237 R19, and US MSHA certification
